Pad Thai instructions
- Tremper les vermicelle pendant 2heures dans l'eau froide.
- Faire chauffer l'huile et ajouter le sucre (Caramel et non brûler svp).
- Ajouter l'ail et laisser cuire 2 minutes.
- Retirer le wok du feu ajouter le bouillon de poulet.
- Remettre le wok sur le feu ajouter sauce poisson sauce au huitre et une pincé de sel.
- Ajouter les vermicelles et poursuivre la cuisson en brassant,jusqua ce que le liquide s'évapore.
- Servir.
- Dans un autre Poêle griller Crevette ail brocoli et poivrons.
- Après cuisson désiré, retirer le wok du feu ajouter fèves germés échalotte et les arachides.
- Ajouter les crevette et les legume sur le pad thai.
